Austen was very professional and knowledgeable. Awesome!!!!

I've used Climate Control for over 4 years and continue to be impressed by their responsive service and knowledge of the latest technology to improve home air quality. Last week Jacob McBride installed an electronic filtration system that will work with my Remy Halo system to further reduce the allergens in my home. Jacob did a thorough job of explaning how the two systems will work together to remove ongoing irritants and he was up-front about the need for 3-4 filter changes per year for this new capability. In brief, I'm extremely pleased with Climate Control and I'm happy I found them when I moved here from Dallas.

Climate Control always comes out as quickly as they can, and provide great service!

We called early this morning needing assistance with our AC. Scheduler was really nice and great to work with. Austin was our repairman. Called prior to comng with approximate arrival time. He arrived when he said he would and was very through and fixed our problem. Rechecked several times prior to leaving. Would highly recommend.
