Climate Control wanted me to do a review so, here’s my honest opinion. This could have been a 5 ⭐️ review, & honestly if Austin hadn’t of been here it would’ve lower. I have used CC for 10 years. I had always been very happy with them, & their customer service. They have gone above & beyond when my unit needed a couple of different repairs in the past. They used to always called me every 6 mo. to schedule my semi annual maintenance. For some reason at the end of 2024, they stopped calling me for reminders. I have a lot of health issues, & it’s hard for me to remember. So the last couple of years they’ve been months late, or not come at all because I have to be the one to remember to call them & set it up. I didn’t get my pre-summer maintenance this year for my AC, because I didn’t get a reminder call. I called last week, & it went to an answering service, that was not very customer friendly. They seemed kind of cold, like they didn’t care. Austin came out today, it’s been since Nov. 2025 since anyone has been here. (Thank goodness I change my filters & try to keep up with everything best I can) Austin was very friendly, did the inspection, noted how clean my unit is, (No thanks to CC for the semi annual reminders) & how well it has been maintained. Austin was personable, & very thorough. I did however notice I didn’t get a copy of the invoice of the inspection report that he did. (I’ve always received one) Maybe they’ve gone paperless, idk but I was never asked for my email or anything. So, we’ll see if one gets mailed to me, or how this all works out.

John spent 2 hours taking care of every detail. He even emailed me pictures of the unit and labels on the unit. He was happy to answer all questions. Thank you.

After 10 years of service our AC died. Funny how a system with a 10-year warranty died 10 years and 6 months after install. We've been a customer of Climate Control here in the Hot Springs Village sense 2016. They are as advertised, loyal, consistent, prompt and professional. Yesterday 10/22/26 we had a new system installed. WOW! Its 10 years newer and extremely quiet. The two installers, Justin and Riley were very good, extremely polite, prompt, and efficient. Koodoos to Climate Control employee training and hiring. Should you not be using Climate Control I'd encourage you to give them a call. Smitty

Everything went well, technician (Jacob) was very professional and explained everything he was doing. Did a great job cleaning out the unit. I definitely will be using Climate Control as I always have in the past. Appreciate the timely response and great service

Jacob came to examine our HVAC system and was very pleased to go over everything I had questions about and since we had recently purchased the house I had a lot of questions. He made recommendations that I know will save us money every day and for future maintenance. Keep hiring people like Jacob.
